An assessment fee applies. Where it has not already been paid, payment is required before diagnostic work begins.

We tell you what we found and discuss the repair options that are relevant to the device and fault.
We provide a quote.
You receive the proposed repair and cost before deciding whether to proceed.
You approve the repair.
We do not begin chargeable repair work until you approve it.
We repair and test the device.
Once the approved work is completed, we test the relevant functions before returning the device.
The assessment fee is deducted from the total when an approved repair is completed successfully. If an approved repair is undertaken but ultimately cannot be completed successfully, there is no additional repair charge beyond the assessment fee already incurred.

Mail-in repairs
Not in Auckland? You can courier your device to us for assessment, including complex repairs, liquid damage and data recovery.
Include a detailed description of the fault and your contact details with the device. Once it arrives, we issue the assessment invoice. The assessment must be paid before diagnostic work begins.
You are responsible for the inbound and outbound freight costs. We contact you with our findings, the relevant repair options and a quote before any repair proceeds.
