Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues for a range of devices, including desktop and laptop computers.
Perform component-level repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
